Dwarf Test Model, Mark II & III

I sat around looking at my Dwarf test model and I decided I'm not happy with it. His beard isn't right. I also thought the Dwarf Bronze on the weapons was a bit much. I tried two other plans for the beard, but I'm torn on which one I think turned out better.

Even though I already did a post about my original test model, here he is again, photographed under the same conditions as the new ones for comparison. Note the Mithril silver edging on the weapons now. I think it looks much better this way.

Original test, orange base.

The more I sat on it, the more I thought it looked poorly done. You really can't tell there is more than one color on there, let alone 3. So my first step was to base him using a brown.

This one was based brown (which is very similar to the ones on the GW box). He's also got the change I did to the weapons. I will definitely be doing that weapons scheme for all the Slayers.

Red base coat.
The only thing I did different to both of these from the original was the base color. I honestly can't decide which one I like better. Opinions are leaning to the brown base, but I don't think it's red enough. However, I am concerned that the red base is too red. Maybe I'm just splitting hairs at this point.

All together now.
Opinions and suggestions would be very welcome. I'm really stumped as to which I should go with. Hell, maybe I'll do both the red and brown just for variety.
